My mind will not stop even during sleep, It is very annoying and irritating. I can't have any quality sleep. What can I do to stop my mind from thinking of something?

first thing that needs clarification is that what is disturbing you? what kind of thoughts do not let you sleep? not having proper sleep can be annoying and disturb your daily life.
depending upon the reason of disturbance, you might try meditation, breathing exercises, sleep hygiene techniques to be more in control of your mind and to improve sleep quality.
however if sleep disturbance is secondary to some mental health issue, you may like to be examined by a psychiatrist for thorough evaluation and diagnosis for more specific treatment.
Not getting good quality sleep can leave you feeling tired, disinterested and irritable. In some cases it could be a symptom of something else going on. Sometimes it may be as simple as not getting enough exercise (you might want to start with that) and sometimes it could be a symptom of depression or anxiety.
