Insomnia (Difficulty in sleeping)
I am having difficulty in sleeping. My age is 50 years. As per my schedule I try to sleep at 10 pm but I don't get the sleep till around 2 am and I have to wake up for work at 6am. So I am not getting enough sleep for the last 4-5 days.
