Eating too low calorie diet can stop your weight loss process ???
From last 1 month i am stuck at 74.and.75
In the morning i am eating fruits only
Afternoon half chapati with 2 bowls of Dry sabji
At night 1 scoop of whey protine .
1 hr exercise
Still not loosing weight ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
