For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi, According to me.if u follow so u definitely lose weight wth out any comlication.just focus only on your WEIGHT.start your day wth 2 litr  lukewarm water. N then take healthy breakfast then 2km walk.normal lunch n then walk.take dinner as like khichdi, Daliya,ypma,poha,or veg 2bowl no chapati.till 7pm.after that walk 2km.u wl see magic result.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely. Please ask me directly for personalized weight loss diet package for you .
