Hi...I need to know all of your parameters and medical history....we should know the root cause for weight gain..we should work on the main cause for weight gain then proper and healthy diet will help for weight loss...include lots of fibre and high protein food in your diet take adequate amount of carbohydrates as well...include good fats also in your diet...water intake should be also good..take lots of vegetables and fruits. ..do some physical activity as well
