Hi... Please get yourself checked by a Physician (doctor) first to rule out any physiological cause. If the doctor says everything is fine with you physically then we can attribute it to psychological factors.
If this is because of psychological factors - these are all symptoms of panic and anxiety. It can be dealt with using therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Once those issues that are stressing you out are addressed through therapy and with mild lifestyle modifications, sleep will also come into order.
You have to consult with a Psychologist or psychiatrist. Just explain about that what kind of thoughts disturbing regularly your sleep. So according to that you have to take therapy sessions after 3 sessions you can improve your sleep pattern. May be you need some medications along with psychotherapy treatment.
