Need Diet for post pregnancy diet
Hi, I am mother of 2.5 months kid. I had a c section delivery. I need a vegetarian diet which is feasible (easily available at home) for me. I am 5.1 ft in height and currently having weight 64 kg. I am unable to workout since I am only the person completely taking care of my baby and also looking after household chores. Please advise.

Hello Ma'am, Post pregnancy post C-section diet is basically healing diet for the wounds & cut. According to the medical reports, the diet has to maintain the balence of it. Moreover, belly fat & backbone pain is most common after C-section.  After verifying all your present reports, it can be possible to give you personalised diet Chart here in Practo online or you can Google search my name Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty Or call me 7oo3177453
