Either you can receive vitamin d in injection form initiallyif you are symptomatic or 60000 iu of vitamin d sachets once a week for 15 exposure to sunlight for 30 minutes a day , consuming dairy products, eggs oranges and codliver oil capsule are rich source of vitamin d

1 You must start supplements vit D 60000 units once a week for at least 2 months and check to see improvement. 2.must take calcium supplements too .
Next Steps
