I am 28 years old man, my height is around 175 cm and weight is 75kg. So I need to loose at least 3kg to maintain normal weight and I want to build lean muscles.
Currently I spend 1 hour in the gym 3days a week and go for swimming in every alternative days. Sunday is my rest day. I need a complete diet chart to fulfill my objective.
