Diet chart
I want a Proper diet chart for good health which include daily 3 or 4  time meal with portion i have to eat .I  have acidity and digestive system issue. whatever i eat it end up with acidity or gases constipation or bloating . and food wont digest properly. Want diet chart which help me with this issue and give me all nutrition but dont want to gain weight. It is possible that have healthy food and dont gain weight.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Add fruits, salad  ,vegetables juice, soup and sprouts in your diet.  Reduce carbs. For proper diet chart I need more details of yours
