Neck, shoulder and right arm pain
Hi, I'm having frequent pain in my neck (back side) that slowly moves to the shoulder and right arm. It's been 3 years it's happening. Usually it starts from neck, move to shoulder and then I start to feel like my right arm have been chopped off. Usually it occurs once in 2-3 months and sometimes very frequently. When it gets severe, I take painkiller (sumo) and get the massage done, it gets better in 7-8 days and the cycle repeats after a month or two. Please suggest what should I do and why it's happening at the exact same place. It's really hard to bear this pain, I can't even sit or lay down.

This is called brachialgia, its common and treatable need not to worry but we need to assess properly to prevent damage to spinal nerves or chord. Consult physiotherapist or neuro physician to rule out the level of chord or nerve compression. Plan for cervical MRI and treat it for proper outcome and prognosis
Next Steps
mri CS with whole spine screening
