Right side of Neck sprain from 7 days
Hello Doctor, I am suffering from severe pain on Right side of Neck. Horrible sprain from 7 days. This started in my sleep. Unable to turn my head. Tried painkillers (acetofenac, diclofenac and paracetamol) also volini spray, intagesic spray. But no relief. Also tried sleeping with no pillow. Not sure whom to approach. Please please help me with this problem. May God bless you Doctor.

You must be having muscle strain or spasm. Apply hot water formentation on painful area 3-4 times a day. Avoid strenuous activities which aggravate the pain. Take adequate rest. Consult physiotherapist. Physiotherapy treatment with ultrasound therapy and myofascial release will relieve the pain.
Health Tips
Use a thin pillow or cervical pillow while sleeping. Do not sleep without a pillow. Until the pain subsides, avoid lifting heavy objects. Take frequently breaks in between work.
