Sprain in neck
I am a breastfeeding mother of 30yrs old. From morning I am suffering from neck sprain from behind the right ear till the right shoulder. I have tried applying cold compression, relispray etc. Also tried mild exercise but no use. The pain is just getting worse. Please advise some pain killers and remedy. As I am breastfeeding my baby, I am not understanding which pain killers to take.

Apply a combination of hot pack and cold pack. Hot pack for 3 minutes and cold pack for 2 minutes *2 cycles. Repeat this 2-3 times a day. Avoid painkillers. Because the pain is just a symptom that is taking you that something is wrong. So, better focus on resolution of the root cause rather than just the pain.
