My inch has reduced to 2 inches that I've seen in jeans size but my weight keeps on fluctuating and never reduces. It's stuck on 79 . What should I do?

Well if you are seeing changes in your inches that in itself is a good indicative of reduction of fat weight
Moreover in a female body weight fluctuations are normal as before our cycles every month our weight goes up by 3-4kg and it’s normal for all women
