I am getting palpitation frequently ECG report is sinus tachycardia, ECO normal and TMT is also normal, my heart pump more when I am walking, while climbing upstairs it becomes worse. Is there any problem

I am sure if you get your CBC done you will also be found to have polycythemia. It can cause miniature clots in the vessels.
You have got ECG, 2D ECHO, and TMT done. At least two of these tests are done by the Cardiologist. Please consult your Cardiologist on this line, could it be due to Polycythemia ?
