Muscle tension in chest
When I turn my head towards left...I feel my chest muscle is also moving up. But when I turn my head towards right , there is no such muscle pull of the chest. What could be the reason? And how can I treat it?

There is nothing to worry, do deep breathing exercises, drink water more and do regular warmup exercises. if you have pain ir feeling discomfort while taking breath then its a problem and for that you need to consult with cardiologist. Any other symptoms like neck or shoulder pain do let me know.

Only this much information wont work need proper examination to findout the exact cause of the problem. So that proper treatment can be advisable. So better if you visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper diagnosis of problem and advise. Or else you can do video consultation with practo app.
