I have a brother who is 12years old.. he is suffering from muscle spasm pain from yesterday evening... he cannot move his neck as he is getting pain for 2-3seconds. The pain is to his left shoulder beside neck.. can you please suggest a tablet for quick recovery please he is suffering a lot

In emergencies, do icing 15 minutes every 2-6 hourly. And take care of good posture while on side take thick cotton pillow, if lying on back then no pillow.

Do stretching exercises of neck and shoulders.
Ask him to keep their posture correct always during work and sitting.
Keep their elbows rest during table work or using mobile phones.

Avoid excess use of mobile ,TV watching while lying on bed, excessive use of laptops , especially on bed,studying on bed.

Hai what made your brother to get in for much neck sprain kindly not to use mobile phone is always being in quarantine period children are now addicted to smart phone or did he had while getting up from sleep since he is just 12 years old no need to have any tablet as of now kindly apply Volini gel and apply ice pack if u need only tablet then u can ask for myospasm half a tablet before bed
