It depends on your body type and conditions, normal wheat or wheat bran is better for health as it may add on alot fibre intake instead of soy products and other ingredients which may not suit you in long-term.

Hello, Having multi grain roti is good. I will advise  to  take diffrent grains  and mix them at home, instead of taking 10 percent mix grain and 90 percent wheat flour. Taking other grains is healthy options as other grains provide other nutrients like calcium, iron with good amount of fiber and carbs. Having variation in the use of ingredients of meal is always better instead of having same ingredient. As it provide  different nutrients  and you will not get fed up with same taste of food. Yes it's good...only do not take packaged ones, but the millets and grind in a mill and store for a month and then use it. It's best that way.
