Healthy evening ma’am,

Hello,
Having multi grain roti is good.
I will advise to take diffrent grains and mix them at home, instead of taking 10 percent mix grain and 90 percent wheat flour.
Taking other grains is healthy options as other grains provide other nutrients like calcium, iron with good amount of fiber and carbs.
Having variation in the use of ingredients of meal is always better instead of having same ingredient. As it provide different nutrients and you will not get fed up with same taste of food.
