Hi Check your latest BMI levels basing on your height and weight, and do a complete Body Composition Analysis ( BCA) in a health and wellness center where you come to know your latest body analysis data regarding your BMI ranges BMR, fat percentage, water percentage, fat free mass, lean body mass, visceral fat, abdominal fat, waist to hip ratio etc things...in a very detailed way.. So try to do that if possible..for a better understanding..of how to reduce your weight in a proper correct way.. For acidity, bloating and acid reflux..have small frequent meals, no to spicy, rancid, sour, masalas, baking soda, baking powder , salty etc foods.. Have bland foods , chew food really well, not to sleep immediately after having meals, drink more plain room temperature water, drink coconut water , drink buttermilk twice or thrice a day daily if possible,  no to cold foods or cold water, beverages, too hot, too cold foods of water, no to large portion size meals, no to baked, processed ,packaged food items, instant ready foods etc.. Lose weight n maintain it with  healthy lifestyle .Include  more veggies  n fruit .include more protein  n healthy fats...seeds, nuts.n complex carb...oats, sprouts,legumes .Regular exercise, yoga, walk .adequate sleep    For  bloating  n acidity.... You need to modify your food pattern. Have small and frequent meals incorporate Exercise in routin this will improve digestion and help in achieving weight loss. Avoid long gap and avoid spicy and oily food. Consult me on Practo online consultation.
