I am having anxiety issues for past 5 to 6 years..I get scared about so many things..loosing people that i love..about my death..not fulfulling responsibilities regarding fanily..not being caring...that nobody will like me or love me..I think too much about negative things..I just keep thinkking

Continuous intruding thoughts lead to anxiety issues. One can fall into a pattern of catastrophic thinking which causes a lot of distress and anxiety.
