Managae work and gym
I have started putting on weight which is affecting my health too. So I decided to join gym but unable to go regularly as I have a touring job. I am out of the city for approx  20 days a month. How should I workout?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Its important to follow healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process,there is no quick fix approach . Follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy,eggs,chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates(white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats(walnuts,almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Walking, jogging, suryanamshkar is also a helpful exercise to control weight.. I think it's possible for all touring places

Do some home yoga n exercises . Walk n take steps where ever possible . Stay hydrated . Keep a fruit always with you . Choose health over temptations.consult personally for proper guidance and help.

Hello, when you are out of town and don't have access to the gym, you can always go for a jog, or a quick run, you can do a few exercises in the room it self, or do some asanas of yoga, do a few suryanamaskar, etc. which will help you do some activity even when you are out of town.
