Hello, I'm doing work outs in a gym about nearly 1 months. But I did not see as much muscle growth in me. And the strength too. Plz advice whether i should take any muscle growth nutrition supplements. Is there any side effects by this type of supplements.

yes offcourse u could have nutraceuticals but it should be authentic and have base of some researches. One should choose good quality proteins.It should not contain steroids. By formulating good diet plan along with protein supplements will help u out sure.Do not take any over the counter nutri-supplements either based on gym instructor's instructions or based on your own research on internet.Please approach a qualified dietitian he/she could prepare and suggest a diet plan based on inputs of your current diet and the target you have set for yourself during next weeks n months.
