Putting weight around belly
Hi I am 30yrs old female. I gave birth to second kid last yr Feb.. it was a c section. I balanced my weight very well.m didn't have extra pounds anywhere. Recently I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and started taking tablets. I am putting more weight on my upper stomach, I feel inconvenient because of this sudden weight gain. I am 165cms tall and my weight is 66. What should I do to reduce my upper stomach.. ?
