Putting on weight
I am putting on weight dese days though i am not a foodiee i eat mostly rice i dont workout My physical activities are less moreover i am putting on lot of weight on the upper body please suggest any remedy

u do excercise and follow proper diet ..... moderate calorie high protein n low carb diet
