Weight gain affecting mental health.
Hi, I'm a college student. I reside in BROOKEFIELD, BANGALORE. Over the past year, I've led an inactive life resulting in gaining 10kgs. From 50kgs last year, I am now 60kgs. It has taken a toll on my mental health and confidence. Once a very social person and a rank holder, I now even skip college because I am embarrassed to face the world. It is affecting me in the worst way possible and I am now desperate for a cure. I'm 5'4 and have absolutely no medical complications. I tried to gym regularly a multiple times but my body gives up easily after a week. Can only diet help with just 30mins of cardio? Is there any possibility of losing at least 8kgs in 4 months? I only want to opt for a physical consultation with a doctor whom I can keep meeting regularly. Any doctors who work in or around BROOKEFIELD BANGALORE please help me, I'd like to visit you personally.
