The duration and the line of treatment Depends upon your symptoms and your restriction in your ADLs..its better the have a detailed and thorough evaluation by me..checking the strength and the muscle control..core rehabilitation usually last for about 6 to 8 weekz depending on your goals...you can come in for  consultation with me Dr.Kashmira More Musculoskeletal and spine health physiotherapist..

Take IFT or TENS for 10 days, apply diclofenac ointment arlt home and use of hot pack will be helpfull if pain is severe. After 10 days start with lower back muscles strengthening exercises. within 15 days it can be treated if getting treatment with an experienced therapist.

Try physiotherapy for 8 weeks. It sometimes requires back bracing. It will also require core stability  exercises without excessive loading of the spine.
