Grade -1 Anterolisthesis is treated conservatively with Physiotherapeutic exercise. Initial 2 weeks supervision of exercise is important to prevent any mistakes in exercise. Core stability exercises are very important to prevent recurrence. You can check out this video of core exercises important for Anterolisthesis. But remember complete exercise can be advised only after Physiotherapeutic assessment.

How long do you have this pain? Have you taken any treatment earlier? You should take electrotherapy followed by exercise therapy in your nearest Physiotherapy centre. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing. Avoid lifting heavy objects.
Next Steps
You should consult a Physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take electro therapy for this, other than electro therapy only exercises at home wont be effective. At home you can apply hotpack twice a day to reduce pain.
