Hi, I have been working on weight loss and need to loose 20 KGS. Is it safe to go in low calorie diet which is very low on carbs and high on protein and fats? If yes...For how long can I be on this diet?

Better to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi It's not at all safe to follow a low calorie diet which is low on carbs and high on  protein,as every nutrients in our body has own functions. So imbalance is created in a body if we follow a any Nutrient Deficient diet. You can get the following symptoms # hair fall #Loss of skin glow # Vitamin or Mineral deficiency # Muscle Loss # quick ingredient after leaving the diet and may be double bounce back So I would recommend you to follow a healthy balanced diet to meet me and any other Dietician for personalized diet plan

Hello, No, it is not advisable. Carbohydrate is the main source of energy to the body. Low CHO diets can cause weakness, lethargy, etc. Also it will give temporary results and as soon as you will include CHO in your diet the weight can rebound. Follow a balanced and healthy diet.
