For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Before you start working on loosing weight it is vital to first understand your own body and immunity level. There are many factors such as overthinking.. depression.. taking too much sugar & salt ( Calories ) , stress level , insomnia that really influence your overall health including weight gain.

Hi Try to eat healthy well balanced meal. Incorporate high protein foods like eggs, paneer into ur diet. Try to do 45 min of workout. Incorporate salads in both your main meals

Gud morning a healthy balanced diet with some forms of exercises like brisk walking, yoga, cycling, aerobic work out for minimum of 30 to 45mins daily is the key to loose weight in a healthy way.
