Increase your water consumption. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals.
Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes.
Outside food is best avoided. Also avoid processed food.

I would suggest you to lose weight with healthy diet only. You should not go for any supplement or medicine for weight loss as they may have harmful effects on your body on the later age.

3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods .
4. Smaller meals in small quantity
