Less TSH level (TSH 0.32)
Hi, My report shows I have TSH level of 0.32, I take medication Thronorm 75 mcg daily morning. Still my thyroid level is low. My weight keep reducing. Please advice. Thank you.

Your TSH level is below normal range .As you are using thyroxin 75 mcg daily ,i assume that you are under treatment for hypothyroidism Hyperthyroidism can also be caused by taking too much thyroid hormone medicine for hypothyroidism. This is called factitious hyperthyroidism. Since you have not mentioned T3 T4 levels it's not appropriate to comment on it

Increasing or decreasing the dose of thyroxine is a very tricky thing and it needs a complete thyroid profile report to understand the actual activity of your thyroid. At this level of TSH, I don't think weight loss is due to thyroid hormones. You must be evaluated for other reasons too. Most of the time patients with wrong dietary habits develop these situations.
