Knock knee needs specific exercises under supervision along with that you need to use knee offloader for 6 months at least.
If it is cosmetically bothering you then osteotomy surgery is another option for you.

Quadriceps exercise
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
U need to start stretching and strengthening exercises for knee and hip. Visit to the Physio Therapist for this and start exercises under his/her supervision.
