How to cure knock knee, i got to know that i have this problem btw I'm not facing any problem in doing exercises and running due to this?

Knock knee needs specific exercises under supervision along with that you need to use knee offloader for 6 months at least. If it is cosmetically bothering you then osteotomy surgery is another option for you.

Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

U need to start stretching and strengthening exercises for knee and hip. Visit to the Physio Therapist for this and start exercises under his/her supervision.
