Knock kness
Can knock knees be corrected by doing any exercise ? I am 19 yrs. Want to join defence forces. Earlier i didn't had knock knees. But now i am not physically active as earlier so i think fat has accumulated there. Please help.

Knock knees are normal in children below 5yrs of age.U r of 19.so u should check any underlying cause for knock knee like vitamin D3 deficiency,any infection etc.First consult a orthopaedic surgeon ,make clear and he will advice u physiotherapy as needed.If there is no reason for knock knee it can be corrected by physiotherapy

Consult an Ortho for an evaluation of knee joints and you will come to know your options. Without a proper evaluation its is very hard to know whether there is a need of corrective surgery or by doing physical therapy the knee alignment can be improved.
