Yes you can wear brace but its not the only solution, deficiency if calcium and vitamin, improper walking, obesity may cause these knees knock. Butterfly flutter, side lunges, cycling, sumo squats and leg raise are few exercises that will help you recover from knock knees.

Sometimes knock knees have to do with over rotation at the hip or complete collapse of your aches. You need a physiotherapist assessment and treatment. Structural pelvis assymetry or knees rotation can sometimes not be corrected fully. See a physiotherapist who will give you more clarity.
