Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper strengthening exercises. take calcium and vitamins rich diet, as earlier mentioned exercises can be done and there is nothing to worry about knock knees, its common and can be treated at home with exercises.

Usually the feet should be around 8 cms or so apart with knock knees. I don't see that in your case. Probably visit a physiotherapist, gluts strengthening, hip rotator stretching, wobble board exercises could help
