Knee problem
One of my back of knee muscles is moving i dont no why and so many weaknees in quadriceps and ankle sound and no pain no swelling but my body is disbalnce while i standing plz help i am athelete🙏

Sir your back muscle might be hamstring that is overactive or overuse and your quadriceps are weak as told by you so your hamstring are overload which are causing the pain ..hamstring are attached to back of knee which is causing ur problem of balance and standing

This can be an overuse or overactive muscle syndrome as u are an athlete don't do any stretching or strengthening exercise before consulting a physio....meet a nutritionist too as you can have vit d or magnesium deficiency.
