No. But this can be dynamic knee valgus. Focus on strengthening your muscles of the hip, avoid sitting crossed and for longer duration as it leads to glute amnesia.

Structural reasons for knock knees are not normally reversible, unless surgery is indicated. When it comes to the strength, control and stiffness of muscles that control the alignment of the knee, a full assessment must take place. This is so that a corrective program can be enforced. Well there are 2 reasons of Knock knees : 1- Acquired ( Usually after trauma or any joint pathological changes) 2- Congenital ( during Birth). Also Females with Wider pelvis have knock knees but has to be checked with the doctor.
Next Steps
Firstly you need to consult a physio to check whether your knock knees problem is exaggerated or not. There are few methods you can try: Placing an insole or orthotics device may help correct the foot position, and indirectly the alignment of the knee joint. For unresolved knock knees, doctors may recommend: a night brace, particularly if a family history of knock knees exists; the brace attaches to a shoe and works by pulling the knee up into a straight position. Knee Strengthening exercises.
