Yes... Physiotherapy can help you. If it is postural , only physiotherapy is enough.. but if it is bony abnormalities or more severity , orthotics combined with proper physiotherapy can work together. ergonomic modified and daily activity guidance also required
Next Steps
consult expert physiotherapy  for that

If knock knees is due to anatomical structures then it cannot be fixed with Physiotherapy. But if it is due to postural problems or muscle weakness it could be fixed.
Next Steps
To rule out the cause for knock knees you need to consult a Physiotherapist either in person or through video call and for further evaluation and treatment.

Yes Physiotherapy treatment will be helpful. But need proper evaluation and examination . Also need proper guidance and advice regarding ergonomic. Need daily exercises for legs like stretching and strengthening. It takes time to see the result. but need to take care and follow advice and treatment properly to achieve the desired results.

There are two types of deformities, permanent and functional.. permanent is one where the bone/joint alignments are affected. On the other hand functional is something that's controlled by the muscle imbalances and shows up only while performing particular movements. Functional can be corrected by physiotherapy, while  permanent would need a surgical treatment followed by physiotherapy. Consult for further assistance
