Actually you need to perform the exercises under the guidance of an expert physiotherapist. Knee to chest is not the only exercise to be done to  increase ROM, there are other exercises as well to get relief from pinching and stretching of muscle. Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and get proper exercise for the present condition you are suffering with. It should have been improved in 60 days. consult in person with nearest available clinic.

Usually meniscal repair needs time to heal. May be you have had meniscal debridement (cleaning up). Anyway since you have completed 2 months, check with a physiotherapist. May be rather than holding the front of knee for knee chest, hold the back of the knee. Anyway check with a physiotherapist before doing more exercises

If pain still persists after 2 months  ,then may be you need to check your form of exercise , ideally knee to Chest is not appropriate to be done for post surgery . Do check with your nearby physio for further assessment and treatment.
