Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

1. First do proper post operative rehabilitation under a senior sports physiotherapist
2. Avoid thinking smart and spoil ur knee joints
3. Physiotherapy is more important to bring back ur knee joint ROM of 125 degree .
4. U said 90degree, it's not sufficient, ask ur physiotherapist to do myofacial trigger release for thigh, even dry needling.

Yes it needs to more flexible and bend minimum upto 150 degrees.
There are specified exercises & mobilisation for it. Either you visit your nearby clinic and enroll into exercise sessions or connect with me via video consultation , will guide you accordingly.
Tibial plateau surgery takes more time as the healing is a long term thing. But ranges have to be increased within the 6 to 8 week mark. But standing exercises could take longer due to healing of the tissue and it may not tolerate loading during this stage.
