Please find the mri and xray reports of knee. Could any one help me to fix this? Please note that I have no issue found in blood reports 1)age is 34 2)weight 65

Do some isometric exercise 2 sets in a day and every exercise 10times in 1 sets After exercise applying cold pack for 10min

Dont worry, there is nothing to fear for this. wear knee caps, do knee strengthening exercises, take calcium rich diet. Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 10 days. Hot pack twice a day will be helpfull if feeling pain after stress.

Pls if you could explain your case ,what is the problem you are facing as it’s not necessary that if radiological examination are showing changes it’s necessary to have symptoms.If no symptoms nothing required to be done. Thanks
