Knee bending post surgery for tibia
Is a cpm machine useful to be used at home for knee bending I m 9 weeks post operation and can bend only 45degrees. Does the cpm machine help in knee bending

Yes it will help. If cpm is not avilable in your home then physiotherapists will help to normal rang of movement

Using cpm machine is helpful. But using it at home one needs to be under supervison as the degree and range of motion matters the prognosis.

Yes it helps but you also require good mobilization at your knee joint by physiotherapist to increase your range of motion (knee bending ) plus good strengthening exercises. .. also the thighs should be properly strapped with machine , otherwise you will lift your thigh after certain degree of bending and it's of no use. .
