Apply ice pack twice a day for 15mins or Apply diclofenac ointment and cover it with a cotton cloth for 10mins, clean it with warma water following hot water fermentation. Avoid movements that gives pressure to the knee joint take rest for 2 days, the pain will get reduced. Also you can visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and taking ultrasound therapy will also reduce pain.

Apply ice packs 3-4 times a day. Spray voilini 3-4 times a day. If still pain persists then further investigations required. Avoid forceful n straining movement of knee

Hi, Apply ice packs over the affected part and rest for two days. if the pain not comes down, take an appointment with physiotherapist for further treatment. Ultrasound therapy over the affected part will help for the soft tissue healing.
