Is this scatica or knee issue?
Hi, I had bulg(left side) disk in 2016 then back pain gone in 2018 and was geeting pain at my left knee,tingling and warm sensation on my foot. Now in 2020 either I get pain at my left knee/little warm sensation on foot when I walk more 2 km.. Pain is either left or right knee.. When get the left knee pain I get the tingling and little warm sensation on my foot. When I get the tingling on foot.. I get the little pain on backside of the tight.. I'm not sure whether it's a knee or scatica symptoms..please note that there is no back pain.. Could you please suggest.. Regards

This is a case of sciatica in which many a times there is no back pain. You could take hot water fomentation for your back.

Your symptoms like Tingling sensation on the foot, pain in the back of thigh shows that there is a nerve compression at the low back. Some people may get these symptoms without back pain.

Hello, according to symptoms you said its nerve compression , in disc bulge without knowing test reports sciatic nerve is compressed is not easy to say and pain persisting is because weakness.

All pain down the leg need not be sciatica. Facet joints (side of the spine) some gluteal muscles could bring about similar symptoms. Also the sacroiliac joint(tail bone area) could bring such symptoms. To rule out the knee, straightening and bending of the knee need to be full range without pain. The foot, if there is flat foot it could lead up the structures above. This could also bring on pain in these areas You need a Musculoskeletal and Sports physiotherapist assessment.

It can be due to nerve compression. Need to do proper evaluation. Also use pain relieving gel like volini gel or diclofenac gel. Use ice pack or hot water bag three times a day 10 min-15min. Try to do exercises regularly for back and knees. To slight stretching as well.
