Hello! First you need to reduce your knee pain. Underlying cause of knee pain should be clear. It can be due to ligament tear or cartilage rupture may be which will make the condition worse.

First we will have identify the cause of knee pain and then we can decide. doing cycling will make your pain worse or will it make u feel better

First of all what causing u the knee pain u should consider, go to near by physiotherapist they will asses u,after taking treatment ,after reducing the pain u can start doing exercises. It is not  recommended when you have pain.

No, we will have to check for the strength of the knee first and i would say that let the pain subside and then move on to the range training and strength trainings as well
