the size is less but it cant relatively be assured that naturally it will come out only by drinking water or so .you can take the treatment , there is not time bound in homeopathy if you are given right medicine it can take very less time ...most of cases take time either because to much medicine used in past or ill defined /incomplete history from patient side , here history matters a lot of treatment if we miss out on history we end with wrong choice of remedy thereby the treatment prolongs until we end with right medicine ..
