Hi! Keto is a difficult diet to sustain on in a long run. So I would advice, instead of going for a keto diet, you can try modified keto. This will make it sustainable and easier to follow. It is fun to follow too.
Next Steps
Book an appointment on Practo for a personalized diet plan suitable for your condition.
Health Tips
Before making changes and starting with any kind of diet, please consult a nutritionist. Small changes in your diet have a great impact.

Keto is not at all recommended in PCOD condition. In condition such as PCOD it's a big deal what you eat. You should start with healthy diet for your purpose and only under the guidance of a clinical dietician you should proceed for your diet treatment.
