Just wanted to try keto diet to reduce my weight. I am an healthy individual with a balanced diet but indulges in Biryani and Shavarma twice a week. And ice cream too. I also do weight training 4 to 5 times a day.

Don't start any types of diet. u can easily reduce ur weight by following three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Before prescribing diet plan I need to know proper information like urs medical history Family history etc. And don't follow keto diet. Take high fibre diet plan and do exercises. Hi Why you want to go for keto diet. Have you tried weight loss through a healthy diet ? I never recommend fad diet like keto diet as it may have many harmful effect on your body. My clients loose weight with a healthy diet while indulging themselves twice a thrice in a week with their favorite food.
