Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that continuously. Ask me directly for customized keto diet plan for you.

Hi. I would strongly recommend you to follow a normal low calorie, low fat, moderate protein and low Carbohydrate diet if u r looking for weight loss. The diet should contain all different nutrients . You cannot follow any particular diet for long time. This may lead to weight gain later on.
