Hi.. thanks for query. Jackfruit, when consumed in healthy amounts, won’t cause any harm to the mother or the baby. Consuming jackfruit during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester can offer a load of nutrients and benefits to the body. Too much intake of mango may cause sugar spikes so moderation is the key. For more queries please connect directly. Thanks.
